Because of a change in geostationnary projection of GOES data, according to SATMOS
NetCDF distribution, there are 2 directories for GOES-1350 L1B data navigation files.

- C0: unsymetric projection grid; the projection center (latitude: 0.0°, longitude:
  135.0°W) is located at the center of 1403th row and column.
  Files in C0 directory are intented to be used ONLY WITH Icare GeoL1B (HDF) v1.06
  (or newer) or SATMOS files distributed under NetCDF format, but NOT WITH Icare
  GeoL1B (HDF) v1.05 (or older) or SATMOS files distributed under FIS format.

- C1: symetric   projection grid; the projection center (latitude: 0.0°, longitude:
  135.0°W) is located at the center of the grid
  Files in C1 directory are intented to be used ONLY WITH Icare GeoL1B (HDF) v1.05
  (or older) or SATMOS files distributed under FIS format, but NOT WITH Icare GeoL1B
  (HDF) v1.06 (or newer) or SATMOS files distributed under NetCDF format.
