As characteristics of new GOES sensors, beginning with GOES-16, are quite
different of old ones, a new sensor type GOESNG has been defined.

WARNING: files in this directory are intended to be used ONLY WITH L1B data files
         from GoesXX satellites (with XX >= 16) at 75°W BUT NOT WITH L1B data files
	 from GoesXX satellites (with XX < 16) at 75°W

Files are available for 1 km and 2 km resolutions (<RES>). For each resolution:

5 float32 binary files, fill value = -999.:
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.lat : latitude  (degrees, [ -90, +90], positive northwards)
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.lon : longitude (degrees, [-180,+180], positive eastwards)
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.zen : view zenith (degrees, [0,90])
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.azi : view azimuth (degrees, [0,360], clockwise from North)
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.pas : pixel area size (km^2)

1 HDF4 file:
- GOESNG-0750.<RES>.hdf : 5 SDS with the same content as the 5 binary files
