Registered ARTDECO user can download ARTDECO V1.2.0 released in January 2020 to support Python3.7:

To become a registered ARTDECO user, you must be registered at ICARE (fill out the registration form indicating ARTDECO in the "Project description" box) AND agree to the
ARTDECO data policy.
We will then extend your access rights to download the ARTDECO package and send you an email notification.
