National lockdown due to COVID-19

Due to the current situation caused by the COVID-19 virus and consequent lockdown enforced in France, the entire ICARE team members are currently maintaining our data center and services through telework. Although we are doing our best effort to continue our activities, some delays in processing users requests may be possible. In addition, shall the lockdown period be extended for several weeks we may have to revise our usual priorities for production and dissemination of specific satellite data.
All information regarding this specific situation will be posted on our website on this page.
During the lockdown period, all users requests will be handled on a best effort basis. Shall you experience any significant issue, feel free to contact us.
