This tool is a generic reading Python module for all binary files consisting in some headers followed by records with the same pattern.
Headers and record patterns are described in text files. Datasets are returned as Numpy arrays.

Dear AERIS/ICARE users,
A major electrical maintenance operation in the building that houses our infrastructure is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025, early in the morning, and is expected to last all day.
AERIS/ICARE services will therefore be shut down from Monday 16:00 and the systems should be turned back on Tuesday evening. However, in the worst case, this extinction could last until early Thursday 4 morning.
All services (web, ftp, ssh) will be affected during this shutdown period.
